Astrakhan flew by like a single day. I haven’t seen that many beautiful, engaged people in a long time. The incredible Anton Bogdanov, whose “Genius Club” I landed in after “The Unhinged.” Waves of warmth and support from every direction.
I spoke on my favorite topic — outgrowing the boundaries of your character. Laid out what I’d want to hear myself. People came up, introduced themselves, said thanks. We walked the Volga embankment till late at night, just talking.
The next day we spent together with those who came to get to know us closer. It was magical. Anton consulted on media presence. I drew diagrams of how reality works. Everyone had a blast.
Big thanks to the organizers and participants. New friends, connections, oceans of joy, friendship, and love. Thank you, Astrakhan! The trip turned out to be fateful and transformational for everyone in this storyline. I’ll write a separate post about breathwork practices. For now:
Notice how the day only keeps getting better. And once you notice — say it out loud.
PS. Go to conferences, gatherings, see who’s doing what, tell people about yourself, introduce yourself, find your tribe. After that it’s all automatic. No time to explain — still need to package the trainings, think through the presentation, organize a freedive session at the Emergency Services pool, and try new practices for the next season of The Unhinged. Then straight to Deep Week Thailand, there’ll be no time left.
Wishing everyone well.
