Molchanovs assistant instructor

Molchanovs assistant instructor

In May I met Alexey Molchanov. He said: “Become an instructor.” The universe acts through other people — and now I’m an assistant freediving instructor. I hold static for 5:30, dive almost 40 meters. Molchanovs has the strictest standards — it’s something like the Iyengar school of yoga. What did this give me? Everything. There’s nothing besides life anyway.

Until the end of October — Moscow. Training and meditating with the “Evolution of Spirit” crew, collaborating with “The Genius Club,” leveling up with the characters from “The Unhinged.” Getting ready for the season.

In November — Phuket. Shooting the next season of “The Unhinged.” In practice it’s a mental bootcamp: a camp of life skills. Every cohort is better than the last. This time they’re inviting both me and Anya — she’s currently in Altai, training to become a yoga instructor. It’s rare when both people in a couple work with people.

Right after — Deep Week: freedivers fly in from all over the world. What kind of people they are — you’ll understand when you hold your breath. Hold it longer — you’ll learn more.

The only thing missing from life — alcohol. It’s pure extract of evil. It dissolves your finest neurons, wipes your settings. You stop feeling life and radiating a signal. What you radiate — you attract. Since I understood this, things started taking off. Happy people are happy in the same way. On the same frequency.

Wishing everyone well.
