The movement of life
Leaving Thailand, let me sum up this chapter.
Having let more life into myself, I ended up in some kind of magical space. Passed Molchanovs Wave 3, now an assistant instructor. Participating in The Unhinged, I refined the technique of gentle immersion right under the cameras. One season, two. Each better than the last. DJing. Now flying to Astrakhan to speak at a conference with Anton Bogdanov from The Genius Club. Going to talk about happiness, beauty, and freedom.
November starts with a new season of The Unhinged, and right after we jump into Deep Week. If you wanted your best life — sign up for The Unhinged. Transformation on live broadcast. No secrets — it just happens.
After awakening, at first you experience a kind of spiritual vacuum. Yes, you’re free, but if this life is an illusion and everything was just seeming — what’s the point of doing anything? Why? A sort of dark night of the soul. Thanks a lot — everything was fine before!
Not all is lost — it’s not a failure but rather a transition. A pause between who you thought you were and who you’re becoming. And when you realize you’re free not just “from” — fears, worry, anxiety — but free “for” — joyful, beautiful, interesting: people, events, life — life truly begins to happen. And it happens to the degree you can let it in and stop resisting it.
If you find yourself in the dark and see even the faintest ray of light, you must walk toward it instead of debating whether it makes sense to do so. Maybe it really doesn’t make sense. But just sitting in the dark makes no sense in any case.
Move toward the light, move forward, just move. In motion you pick up new connections and shed dead weight. Everything that tears, falls off — you don’t need it. What’s real will stay.
Not “What should I do?” but “What’s calling?” Not to impress, but to express. Creativity, helping, teaching. Not because you must, but because everything says “yes.” This is life. Not words and intentions, but the traces you leave behind.
And everything is a lesson. Every situation, every moment. Movement helps you collect lessons faster. Everything in life changes and responds. Movement aligns us with the nature of reality — constant change. Those who resist movement are simply skipping school.
The world cares about each of us. Give it the chance to touch you and help you. Every action has a cumulative effect. The path appears beneath your feet. Lit up by kindness, joy, and freedom.
Who am I saying this to? Myself. There’s nobody else, after all. Come on, Kolya, let’s see how deep the rabbit hole goes.
Let’s go!
