A joyful path
So you’ve admitted it, you’ve seen that it’s all the same, you know fear isn’t real. Now what?
Now you rebuild your life so it brings you nothing but joy. That’s the whole move. Everything in mine is something I love — and I’m into all of it. It didn’t happen by accident. You go through it piece by piece and make each one yours.
Nothing extra. Only what you love. Loved people. Loved work. A loved life. You don’t need any other.
Feel the pleasant, sense the good, love what you love. Do what fires you up.
Here’s the road. We’ll walk it in order:
- Yourself — where it all starts
- Others
- Thinking
- Love + Couple + Children
- Money
- Freedom — and this is the one it all leads to
It’s a path, and you walk it forward. Outgrow one stop and the next one opens — you can’t set things right with others until you’ve grown past yourself.
Mining joy — joy doesn’t come on its own, you have to choose it and dig for it, actively. Don’t dig around in yourself — dig. Joy is proof of work.
And here’s where the work begins: let yourself be bored. Boredom is the hunger. You do something, you land it, and the reward lands too — that’s the joy, earned. The screen offers the same hit without the doing, and once you take it the hunger is gone and there’s nothing left to dig for. So leave the boredom alone. It’s the empty space where your own wanting wakes up.
And it all starts in the same place. The first one. You.
