Love
The heart goes through stages. You can watch it move.
Stop. Karma isn’t something that’s decided — karma means doing. So do. Stop the cycle. Stop feeling blamed. Stop blaming. Stop hunting for imperfections.
Stop doing what you know you shouldn’t be doing. Start stopping now.
Heal. Heal yourself. Meditate. Look at what you feel and where the thoughts and feelings are coming from. Research. Seek. It’s not what it seems.
Refuse. Refuse to suffer.
Pass it on. Pay it forward.
Friendship is love

Here’s the model I share that people don’t always get. Drumroll: the ideal relationship is friendship. Wait — don’t laugh.
Friendship = Love. And love is a verb.
Love isn’t a feeling that happens to you. It’s the active concern for the thing you love — something you do, daily, on purpose. The best partner is your best friend, and you build that the way you build any friendship: by showing up.
