Thinking

From chaos to clarity.

Thinking is hard. It’s also the most important thing in life. The quality of your thoughts becomes the quality of your life — you become what you think.

Think about: your desires, your actions, your words, your intentions. Think to: solve problems, understand knowledge.

And clear thinking requires training. It’s a skill, not a default. The filter is simple:

The true is that which works.

If a thought helps you act, build, love, live — keep it. If it just spins and drags you down, it fails the test, no matter how clever it sounds.

Everything is tangled

Thoughts don’t come in clean lines. They go spontaneous → recall → intentional → synthesis, branching and looping back on themselves. Everything is tangled.

You can’t untangle it by force. You untangle it by watching — writing things down, saying them out loud, letting the mess sort itself into a shape.

Always talk about yourself. By telling it, you find out what’s actually happening to you.

That’s why I write. Not to record what I already know — to discover it. The thought only gets clear as it leaves your head.

Trust the inner voice

No teacher, preacher, parent, friend or wise man can decide what’s right for you — just listen to the voice that speaks inside. — Shel Silverstein

There’s a voice inside you that whispers all day long: I feel this is right for me. I know this is wrong. That voice is the synthesis — everything you’ve thought and felt, distilled into a quiet yes or no.

Train your thinking, then trust the voice it produces.
