Fear is not real
Fear is not real

This is the main one for me.
Fear is not real. It’s an invented thing in your head — a story about a future that hasn’t happened, a danger that isn’t here.
Fear is a false appearance that seems real to us.
And yet — it blocks you for real. That’s the trick of it. The fear is imaginary, but the paralysis is concrete. The made-up danger keeps you from acting in the actual world, where there was nothing to be afraid of in the first place.
We build reality out of invented fears — I can confirm it. And it does real harm.
So you don’t fight the fear. You don’t overcome it. You see it for what it is — a projection, not a fact — and you act anyway. The fear stays. You just stop letting a ghost hold the steering wheel.
